The Delhi court on Tuesday has extended the custody of AAP Member of Parliament Sanjay Singh till October 13. AAP leader was arrested on October 4 in connection with the liquor policy case and was sent to Enforcement Directorate (ED) custody.

After hearing on Tuesday, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has extended custody his for another 3 days. He was produced in court after five days of ED custody.

According to sources, the investigating agency had sought further custody on the grounds that he is not cooperating. His close associate Sarvesh Mishra is also not cooperating. The agency also said that material collected shows that a bribe was demanded to clear liquor licences.
