After Rohit Sharma, Shreyas Iyer, and Virat Kohli, Rahul became the fourth player from India to reach the 400-run mark in this tournament.

Rahul's performance at the 2019 World Cup, when he scored 361 runs in eight innings, was his greatest ODI World Cup performance.

For India, this is the first World Cup where four batsmen have scored 400 or more runs in one tournament.
Four players from England got 400 or more runs under their belts earlier in 2019.

Jason Roy, Ben Stokes, Joe Root and Jonny Bairstow scored over 400 in the 2019 World Cup for England.
