World Cup 2023 IND vs SA: Fifties from Kohli-Iyer puts India on front seat

In the 37th game of the tournament, India won the toss and decided to bat first at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. India's skipper Rohit Sharma gave a brisk start before being dismissed by Kagiso Rabada. He scored 40 runs off 24 deliveries, including 6 boundaries and one maximum. While Shubman Gill failed to convert his innings and was dismissed by Keshav Maharaj.
