World Cup 2023 AUS vs AFG major update:

Following toss victory, Afghanistan captain Hashmatullah Shahidi chose to bat first in Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium. Cummins stated that he too would have preferred to bat first. 

Glenn Maxwell enters the team in plac of Steve Smith, who was sidelined due to a vertigo issue prior to the match. In addition, Cameron Green is not included in the starting lineup as Mitchell Marsh returns.
