India’s star squash player Saurav Ghosal defeated Hong Kong‘s Chi Hin Henry Leung 3-0 in the semifinal of the men’s singles squash competition at the ongoing Asian Games in Hangzhou on Wednesday.
The 37-year-old won the contest 11-2, 11-1, 11-6 to advance to the final and assure himself a silver medal in the men’s singles, at least. Although, the Indian will be eyeing to change the color of the medal to gold.

The semi-final turned out to be a one-sided game as Saurav Ghosal, the World No. 19, stormed through with no trouble.

Saurav Ghosal, a gold medallist at the Incheon Games in 2014, has already won the gold medal at the Asian Games in Hangzhou with the men’s team.
Earlier, Saurav Ghosal defeated Japan’s Ryunosuke Tsukue 3-0 (11-5, 12-10, 11-3) in the men’s singles quarter-finals to secure a place in the semi-final.
