IPL 2023: SRH vs. DC Sunrisers Hyderabad clash against Delhi Capitals as David Warner goes facing his old establishment. SRH are driven by Aiden Markram yet are finding it hard to secure triumphs voluntarily as they have 2 wins in 6 matches. Warner’s DC, on the other hand, probably has a worse story with only one victory in six games. At the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, the two square off against one another. SRH is ranked ninth and Delhi Capitals is ranked tenth in the points table, respectively, of the two teams.

In IPL 2023, Delhi Capitals defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad by 7 runs on Monday, April 24. Delhi won for the second time this season. Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav were the showrunners with the ball! Luck was already in Delhi Capitals favour because skipper David Warner chose to bat first against SRH after winning the toss. DC scored 144 runs at the deficiency of 9 wickets in the main innings. Surisers needed to pursue 145 to dominate the match, yet they could figure out how to score 137 runs with the deficiency of six wickets.

Washington Sundar scored 24 runs in 15 balls, while Heinrich Klaasen scored 31 runs from 19 balls. Their revival from 85/5 was led by this partnership, but the South African was knocked out by Anrich Nortje in the penultimate over. However, Delhi did appear to be down 15-20 runs at the intermission, with only 144 runs.

After returning wicketless from six matches this season, spinner Washington Sundar (3/28) took three wickets in five balls to leave Delhi Capitals reeling at 62/5 within eight overs after skipper David Warner chose to bat. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, a veteran seamer, and Washington Sundar, a spinner, led Sunrisers Hyderabad’s tight bowling show to restrict Delhi Capitals to 144/9.

Bhuvneshwar (2/11) then concocted a clean spell as Delhi attempted to get rolling. Manish Pandey and Axar Patel, both 34, scored 69 runs from 59 balls after the top order failed. However, DC lost five wickets and scored just 16 runs in the final three overs due to SRH’s precise bowling and fielding.

With everything taken into account, DC versus SRH was an extreme match and it was Delhi Capitals amazing bowling that drove them to their success!
