In preparation for the highly anticipated IND vs PAK ODI World Cup match, the young right-handed batsman’s Shubman Gill who is steadily recovering from dengue fever, has arrived in Ahmedabad.

Earlier, the 24-year-old star Indian opener was in Chennai where he was under treatment for dengue, and could not take part in India’s first two matches of the tournament against Australia and Afghanistan.

In an official statement, BCCI announced the absence of Gill from India’s first two matches of the extravagant tournament as he will remain in Chennai under the supervision of the medical team.

However, even though Shubman has reached Ahmedabad, his inclusion in the first eleven is still not confirmed for the IND vs PAK ODI World Cup 2023.
