The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and the Delhi Capitals (DC) are at the actual lower part of the IPL 2023 focuses table with four and two focuses individually. They will clash at the Rajiv Gandhi Global Arena on Monday, April 24.

This season, Aiden Markram and co. have performed significantly below expectations, winning just two out of six matches. They are running out of time to climb the standings after losing to CSK in their previous encounter.

The Capitals, then again, lost five on the skip before some way or another figuring out how to beat KKR in a conflict that went right down to the last second when it truly went down. While they will cheer up from their most memorable passage in the success section, DC will realise that they have a long street laden with impediments ahead.

Since Delhi has won four of their last five games against Hyderabad, they have the advantage in recent head-to-head records. However, their IPL 2023 roster is not even remotely comparable to that of previous league seasons.

Prediction for the SRH vs DC match in IPL 2023: In the bottom-of-the-table battle, Delhi turned to Warner, a former Hyderabad player.

DC’s inconveniences have clearly originated from the top, with Prithvi Shaw and Mitchell Swamp having dealt with a consolidated 53 runs in 10 innings. However, signs show that David Warner is at long last discovering real confidence after a horrendously corroded start to the season.

Warner, who made a charming cameo appearance against KKR, is familiar with the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. Before parting ways in somewhat contentious circumstances, he excelled for the Orange Army. He will want to make a point against his former franchise.

However, DC’s difficulties in the middle order and bowling department will make their matchup with SRH extremely challenging. Despite the addition of Ishant Sharma, the Capitals’ new-ball threat is not particularly potent, and it is anticipated that they will be without Khaleel Ahmed once more.

Hyderabad, on the other hand, must deal with their own issues. This season, their most prominent Indian players, such as Mayank Agarwal, Washington Sundar, Rahul Tripathi, Bhuvneshwar  Kumar, Umran Malik, and T Natarajan, haven’t been up to par.

With Mayank shunted down the request, he could find it hard to make productive commitments. On the other hand, the others might play on Monday.

Washington and Bhuvneshwar have a couple of positive matchups against DC, while Umran sent down a penetrative spell against CSK. Natarajan may relish bowling in the final over against a Delhi team that has almost never used set batsmen.

Despite their poor campaign start, SRH’s problems are simpler to fix. They are a far superior team than their most recent performances suggested, and they have what it takes to return to winning ways.

While a DC win can’t be precluded, SRH are the top choices for this IPL 2023 challenge.
