Everybody witnessed how Pakistan’s cricket team was spooked by India in the Cricket World Cup 2023 match on Saturday, October 14, 2023, as Rohit Sharma’s squad won comfortably by 7 wickets. Despite the fact that Pakistan has only lost one of their three World Cup matches so far, many questions have been raised about their capacity to reach the far in the tournament.

While Pakistan must now qualify for at least the semi-finals in order to meet India again, a Pakistani actress hopes Bangladesh can avenge their defeat when they face India on Thursday, October 19, 2023.

The actress, Sehar Shinwari, took it to her X (previously Twitter) account and promised to go on a date with a Bangladesh cricketer if they beat India in the World Cup.

She wrote, “InshAllah my Bangali Bandu will avenge us in the next match. I will go to dhaka and have a fish dinner date with Bangali boy if their team managed to beat India.”

Meanwhile, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has lodged a formal protest with ICC over several issues. Taking it to official X handle, PCB tweeted, “The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has lodged another formal protest with the ICC over delays in visas for Pakistani journalists and the absence of a visa policy for Pakistan fans for the ongoing World Cup 2023. The PCB has also filed a complaint regarding inappropriate conduct targeted at the Pakistan squad during the India vs Pakistan match held on 14 October 2023.
