NBA: The highly anticipated 2024 NBA All-Star Game is set to captivate basketball fans worldwide, taking place on Sunday, February 18, 2024. The festivities will extend over three nights, from February 16-18.

Where is the 2024 NBA All-Star Game?

Indianapolis has been chosen to host the NBA All-Star for the first time since 1985. The vibrant city will be the backdrop for the NBA Rising Stars game on Feb. 16, the HBCU Classic presented by AT&T on Feb. 17, and the 73rd NBA All-Star Game on February 18, all hosted at the Pacers' home arena, Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

State Farm All-Star Saturday Night, featuring the Kia Skills Challenge, Starry 3-Point Contest, and AT&T Slam Dunk, will unfold at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday, February 17.

What is the format for the 2024 NBA All-Star Game?

As a nod to basketball's rich history in Indiana, the 73rd NBA All-Star Game will revive the classic matchup between the Eastern Conference and the Western Conference, adhering to the traditional scoring system with four 12-minute quarters. While the untimed fourth quarter is no longer part of the format, teams will still compete for each quarter win, with the proceeds benefiting charitable organizations.

NBA All-Star Game team captains will be named from the All-Star starters of each conference, determined by fan votes during NBA All-Star Voting presented by AT&T.

How can fans vote for NBA All-Stars?

The voting window for NBA All-Star starters closed on January 20, 2024. TNT will announce the NBA All-Star Game starters on Thursday, January 25, at 7 PM ET during TNT NBA Tip-Off presented by CarMax. The reserves, selected by NBA head coaches, will be revealed on Thursday, February 1, during TNT NBA Tip-Off.

How will be NBA All-Star star starters selected?

The 10 starters, chosen by a combination of fan votes (50%), current players (25%), and media (25%), feature notable names like Giannis Antetokounmpo, Joel Embiid, LeBron James, and Kevin Durant.

The reserves, as well as the full roster, are yet to be disclosed. Fans can stay tuned to TNT on Feb. 1 for the reserves' announcement.

Various events, including the NBA Rising Stars, Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, HBCU Classic presented by AT&T, Kia Skills Challenge, Starry 3-Point Contest, AT&T Slam Dunk, and the 73rd All-Star Game, will grace the 2024 NBA All-Star Weekend.

For those eager to witness the action live, tickets can be purchased from the NBA Experiences website, offering both multi-day and single-day experience packages.
