As expected, the selection of franchise cornerstone Tyrese Haliburton has been selected as one of the Eastern Conference teams starters.Friday, February 16 is Panini Rising Stars practice. The Basketball Hall of Fame News Conference takes place thereafter. The Lucas Oil Stadium will host the Ruffles 2024 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game at 7:00 p.m. ET.
