Today marks the first day of the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals Busan 2024 Presented by BNK Busan Bank. The championships are all set to take place from February 16 to 25, at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Centre.
The world's most skilled teams will compete for two prestigious prizes; the Corbillon Cups and the Swaythling. 40 teams will be competing in the championships from the Men’s Teams and another 40 teams will be part of the Women’s Teams.
This will be Korea Republic’s first time hosting the ITTF World Table Tennis Championships Finals. This is an opportunity for Korea to celebrate the Korean Republic's contributions and participation in table tennis throughout the years. Further fans will get a chance to enjoy spectating the sport in the backdrop of Korea, which makes for an interesting event.
