IPL Auction 2024: Dubai is hosting the bidding war on December 19 for the Indian Premier League 2024 auction, marking the first time the event would take place outside of India. Rovman Powell, a power hitter from the West Indies, went under the hammer first in the auction.Powell was in demand as soon as his name entered the auction arena.
