IPL 2024: Jasprit Bumrah's Instagram story on "silence" that was shared on Tuesday has gone viral among followers. Following the confirmation of Hardik Pandya's comeback to the Mumbai Indians IPL team on Monday, Bumrah's cryptic statement sparked a plethora of conjecture. Though nothing specific can be inferred from Bumrah's post, which states, "Silence is sometimes the best answer," fan ideas have taken up, most of which allude to a potential rift between the two parties.

Bumrah unfollowed MI on Instagram, as seen in screenshots uploaded by some, while some people think the Royal Challengers Bangalore is where he now calls home. While some supporters think Hardik's return to MI put a wrench in the pacer's plans to take over as captain when Rohit Sharma steps down, others think it's unnecessary to read too much into it.
But the truth is that Bumrah has always been a crucial component of MI. He has been a part of four IPL title-winning teams in 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2020. He has been with them since the start of his IPL career back in 2015. He has taken 145 wickets at an average of 23.30. Nevertheless, social media is a medium where the people share snippets of their wildest imaginations and this is no different.
