INDW vs ENGW: England outclassed India by four wickets in the second T20I encounter at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, securing an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. This is India's third consecutive defeat at home and fifth straight loss in the last six matches in T20 format.

England won the toss and invited India to bat first. India suffered a disastrous start and eventually collapsed to 80 all out in 17 overs. Jemimah Rodrigues was the top scorer for India, who played a handy knock of 30 runs off 33 deliveries. England's bowlers were clinical, with four of them picking up two wickets each. Charlotte Dean shone with an impressive figure of 2-16, while Nat Sciver-Brunt and Sophie Ecclestone also impressed.

Sciver-Brunt and Capsey lead England's chase

England started the chase cautiously, but Nat Sciver-Brunt and Alice Capsey provided the momentum by adding a 42-run stand for the third wicket. Sciver-Brunt finished with 28 runs off 24 balls, while Capsey scored 25 runs off 15 deliveries.

Pooja Vastrakar, Saika Ishaque, and Deepti Sharma picked up wickets for India, but the total was too small to defend. Sophie Ecclestone sealed the victory for England with a boundary, completing the chase in 11.2 overs.
