India set a modest target of 120 runs for Pakistan. The challenging conditions on New York's drop-in pitch saw batters from both teams struggling to score big. Despite being bowled out for the first time in their 13 T20I encounters against Pakistan, India's disciplined bowling made all the difference.

Bumrah and Pandya Deliver

Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya were instrumental in India's defense of their total. Bumrah's exceptional spell yielded three wickets for just 14 runs, while Pandya took two wickets for 24 runs. Their efforts restricted Babar Azam's side to 113/7 in 20 overs, clinching the victory for India.

Key Performances
