IND vs AFG: The M Chinnaswamy Stadium witnessed a tale full of surprises on Wednesday as India and Afghanistan played two super overs to decide the winner of the game.

In a dramatic turn of events, India defeated Afghanistan in a nail-biting Super Over encounter after the T20 match at Chinnaswamy Stadium ended in a thrilling tie. 

Two Super Overs in a game!

Both teams level at 16 runs in the first Super Over, setting the stage for a second Super Over showdown. India managed to score 11 runs while losing two wickets. Afghanistan needed 12 runs for a historic victory, but succumbed to pressure, and scored only 1 run before losing both wickets to Ravi Bishnoi, handing India a dramatic win in the second Super Over.

Chasing a seemingly comfortable 213, Afghanistan were staring down the barrel at 120/2, as they lost both openers in quick succession. But a defiant partnership between Mohammad Nabi (34 off 16) and Gulbadin Naib (55* off 23) revived their hopes. Naib held his ground till the final over, guiding Afghanistan to a tie and forcing a Super Over.

Earlier, India's batting had seen fireworks from Rohit Sharma (121 off 69) and Rinku Singh (69 off 39). The duo rescued India from a top-order collapse triggered by Afghanistan's pace attack, stitching together a 190-run partnership that propelled India to 212/4.
