In the World Cup 2023 match against Netherlands in New Delhi on Wednesday, Australia chose to bat after winning the toss. After recovering from a left hand fracture, Travis Head is not included in the playing XI, while Cameron Green replaces Marcus Stoinis, an all-rounder who is sidelined with a niggle. However, Netherlands hasn't made any changes to their lineup.
Australia will be facing the Netherlands in their fifth match of the ODI tournament. After loosing their first two matches, against India and South Africa, team Australia secured back-to-back wins against Sri Lanka and Pakistan. Whereas, on the other hand Netherlands have won just one out of their four matches in the tournament agaisnt South Africa by 38 runs.
