India secured its 11th gold in the ongoing fourth Asian Para Games on Wednesday. Indian Javelin player Haney set a record in games in the men's Javelin Throw-F37/38 category final. His throw was recorded at 55.97m and bagged another gold for the country.

The silver and bronze medals went to Iran and China respectively. Iran's Hormoz Seidikazpounji with his season-best throw of 48.47m clinched a silver medal, while China's Dongguan An settled for the bronze medal.

Apart from this, Harvinder Singh and Sahil claimed a bronze medal in the Men's Doubles Recurve. Moreover, another gold and bronze were bagged by India in the men's Javelin Throw-F64 final earlier by Sumit Antil and Pushpendra Singh respectively, who completely dominated the podium standings

Sumit broke the Asian Para Games record, World record and Asian record in the event with a throw of 73.29m. He reached the mark in his third attempt of the day and clinched a gold medal.
