The Asian Cricket Council (ACC), on June 15, accepted the hybrid model and now out of thirteen matches, four will be played in Pakistan and rest nine will be played in Sri Lanka.The matches will take place from August 31, 2023 to September 17, 2023.Dates and venues have been finalised for the Asia Cup 2023! The ACC said in a statement that the tournament will feature two groups, with two teams from each group qualifying for the Super Four. The top two teams from the Super Four stage will then face off in the final.
