Rahul Shrivastav's remarks in the video are particularly alarming. He accuses the IRCTC of engaging in malpractice, claiming that there is a shortage of supplies which has prompted the need for bribery. Shrivastav asserts that the contractor, Ravindra, has orchestrated this bribery scheme. The fruits and sweets are allegedly being used as a form of bribe to address the shortfall of supplies within the IRCTC system to soldiers.
