In April 2024, a two-and-a-half-year-old girl was mauled to death while playing outside an under-construction apartment in Gayatri Nagar.Another incident on the same line occurred in Hyderabad, Chittrapuri district of Manikonda hills where a woman was chased by a pack of dogs which were at least 15 in number attacked her. The video that went viral shows the terrified woman swinging her arms and using her slipper in an attempt to keep herself safe.
