New Delhi: Despite being married for a year, the husband continued to refuse to consummate the marriage. When the wife confronted him about their lack of intimacy, it sparked heated arguments. This escalated to the husband questioning his wife's character and ultimately evicting her from their home. Police became involved as the situation worsened. During mediation, both families were shocked to learn the truth: the wife tearfully disclosed that her husband had not engaged in physical relations with her and seemed unfamiliar with the concept of Suhagraat, leaving her profoundly distressed and bewildered.

Wife questioned him about the reason 

The husband tacitly acknowledged his wife's accusation in the presence of the police. In response, the wife publicly questioned him about his reasons, expressing her desire to understand and continue living with him. She insisted on a physical examination of her husband, stating it was necessary to determine whether his reluctance stemmed from physical issues or another cause. Acting on the wife's complaint, the SP City of Gorakhpur transferred the case to the Gulriha police for further investigation.

Refused to come closer 

According to reports, a girl from Campierganj area married a private school teacher from Gulriha area a year ago. The wife claims that after marriage, he never approached her physically. When she questioned him, he offered various excuses. Under pressure one night, he took her to her maternal home around 11 pm and left her there. After discussions with her family, the husband questioned her character. The dispute escalated to involve the police, who arranged a face-to-face meeting at the women's police station mediation center. The truth about their physical distance emerged. Initially agreeing to a physical examination, the husband is now refusing, prompting the distressed wife to appeal to the SP City for help.

What police said? 

SP City Krishna Kumar Bishnoi stated that the victim has submitted an application, prompting Gulriha police to assist with the case. The police will provide necessary support to the woman in accordance with the law.
