New Delhi: A shocking case of police misconduct has come to light in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, where a woman was allegedly threatened by Inspector Panki, warning her not to file a First Information Report (FIR). The inspector reportedly said, "If you file an FIR, we will make your private photos viral, and you will not be able to do anything to us."
