Will drag him like...: Victim's husband lashes out on accused Mihir Shah in BMW hit-and-run case

As soon as the accident happened, she was brought to the hospital. But when the physicians got there, they declared her dead. Given that Mihir was seen a few hours prior at a Juhu bar, it is assumed that he was under the influence of alcohol when the accident occurred. The proprietor of the pub asserted, however, that Mihir exclusively drank Red Bull inside the establishment.

The 24-year-old Mihir Shah will face severe consequences, according to the husband of a 45-year-old woman who was killed in a BMW hit-and-run event in Worli, Mumbai, on Monday. He threatened to "drag the driver" in the same manner that his wife was "dragged."  He claimed that if the driver of the automobile had used the brakes sooner, his wife may have been rescued.

The Victim and the trouble

The victim's husband, Pradeep Liladhar Nakhva, spoke with the media at the Worli police station. He described how, at around 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, the couple was returning from the Crawford Market after buying fish when a speeding BMW struck their scooter from behind.
"A car speeding from behind struck us when we were cycling at about thirty and thirty-five kilometers per hour. We landed on the car's bonnet as a result of the incident," the spouse was cited. He described the terrifying event, saying, "My wife was caught beneath the front wheel as the driver applied the brake, causing me to tumble off." My wife was being dragged towards the west end of the sea link by the driver of the car, despite my attempts to halt it by hammering on the bonnet."

Mumbai wreaks in trouble

The driver of the vehicle was purportedly 24-year-old Mihir Shah, the son of Shiv Sena politician Rajesh Shah, who is commanded by Eknath Shinde. The accused has been escaping since the accident. Mihir's father, Rajesh Shah, had been taken into custody by the police in the interim. But the Shinde Sena leader was given free by a Mumbai court one day after his arrest, provided he posted a surety of Rs 15,000.
Pradeep Nakhwa stated, "I have two children," in a tearful voice, his voice full of anguish and fury. Everything was lost for us. Although my wife is no longer with us, the guilty should face harsh penalties for the mishap.

The woman was carried by the car for over two kilometers, according to the Mumbai police.
