A shocking incident has come to light in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, where a wife, in collusion with her lover, brutally murdered her husband by smashing his head with bricks. After committing the crime, the couple disposed of the body by placing it near a pile of bricks and dropping more bricks on top of it. The wife later told villagers that her husband had died due to bricks falling on him during the night.The gruesome discoveryThe incident occurred in the village of Tahkhurdkalna, under the Khutar block area. The victim, 40-year-old Yunus, lived in a tin shed outside the village with his wife, Shamim Bano, and their three children. Yunus had a son, Rizwan, aged 20, and two younger children, Sawan (15) and Alishan (7).Shamim Bano had been having an illicit affair with her brother-in-law, Manous Ali. Yunus had recently discovered the affair and had begun imposing restrictions on his wife. Just eight days earlier, local villagers had caught Shamim Bano and Manous in a compromising position near a pond, leading to a family meeting and an informal reconciliation. However, Yunus suspicions remained.The night of the crimeOn the night of the murder, Manous Ali visited Shamim Banos house. When Yunus objected to his presence, an argument ensued, escalating into violence. Manous and Shamim attacked Yunus with bricks, crushing his skull. Yunus young son, Alishan, woke up to the commotion and witnessed the assault. He screamed at his mother and her lover to stop, pleading for his fathers life. Alishan later revealed the full details of the crime to the police and relatives, which led to Shamim Banos arrest.Investigation and arrestThe police arrived at the scene and began their investigation. While Shamim Bano was taken into custody, Manous Ali managed to flee before the police could apprehend him.
