Mallikarjun Kharge, the Congress president, blasted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday for only talking about Muslims and claimed that the impoverished had more children as a result of their financial circumstances.At a rally in the Janjgir-Champa district of Chhattisgarh, Kharge asserted that PM Modi was unhappy because he felt the oppositions INDIA bloc was poised to get a majority and that is why he was now talking about Mangalsutra and Muslims.While supporting Congress leader Shivkumar Dahariya in his bid to win the Janjgir-Champa Lok Sabha seat, he remarked that the BJPs goal of winning more than 400 seats was to deny the rights of the underprivileged rather than to improve their lot in life.Kharge further alleged that people should not play on the name of God.
