After being into headlines for some days now, over a passenger slapping the pilot on board, the airlines is in soup again. MoCAs Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) on Tuesday issued show-cause notices to IndiGo and Mumbai Airport, seeking their replies, after a video of passengers eating on the tarmac at Mumbai Airport went viral. Development in Indigo flyer slapping pilot caseMeanwhile, in another development in the Indigo flyer who hit the pilot made Honeymoon claims. But heres what the police said after investigation.Sahil Kataria, who was arrested for slapping the co-pilot of Indigo flight (6E-2175) from Delhi to Goa on Sunday, was released on bail shortly after that. Kataria, who reportedly runs a shop in Delhi, claimed he was in anger because he had been inordinately delayed on his way to Goa for his honeymoon. According to the information, the flight was meant to take off at 7.40 am on Sunday but took off at 6.30 pm. The police, however, refuted the claims saying that the accused had been married for five months, based on the investigation.Meanwhile, the airline was also considering to put him on the No-fly list for unruly behavior. The airline can ban an unruly flier for up to 30 days.
