Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's personal assistant, Bibhav Kumar, on Friday evening, filed a written complaint against AAP MP Swati Maliwal, blaming her for "creating an incorrect narrative." Earlier today, Maliwal filed an FIR against Bibhav Kumar, alleging that he attacked her with full force, slapping, and kicking her in the chest and abdomen.

What's in complaint?

This email complaint has been sent by Vibhav to DCP North District and SHO of Civil Lines. It has been said in the complaint that Swati Maliwal had entered the Chief Minister's residence without taking permission from anyone. When she was stopped, she started pushing herself even though she was asked to wait in the waiting area. The waiting area is located in the CM residence complex itself, but she did not agree and started abusing. A total of 11 points have been mentioned in the email sent to the police. Vibhav has said that when Swati Maliwal reached the CM residence, the first thing she asked was her identity. In response, he called him a Rajya Sabha MP of Aam Aadmi Party. Apart from this he also said that he has an appointment with the Chief Minister. Later, when checked, it was found that she had no appointment with the Chief Minister, hence she could not meet him.

She tried to enter CM house

Vibhav has told the police that even after being refused by the security staff, she reached the main building of the Chief Minister's residence. There, she was sitting in the drawing room. Then they were politely requested to follow the proper rules. Meanwhile, Swati Maliwal got angry at him and started screaming. Started abusing and said how dare you stop an MP, what is your status? The CM's aide further said that there was no response to the abuses from our side and I kept requesting him politely. Since he did not have an appointment to meet the CM, she was requested to leave the CM residence. Asked him to meet the Chief Minister following proper procedure.

Maliwal continued to threaten

The complaint further states that even after the request, Maliwal continued to threaten. He said that if he is not allowed to meet the CM, he will have to face serious consequences. Threatening the employees, she started going inside the CM House. In such a situation, it was felt that he might harm the Chief Minister. Therefore, Swati stood in front of Maliwal to stop him from going inside.

Swati Maliwal pushed him

Vibhav told the police that Swati Maliwal pushed him. After this, she sat on the sofa angrily and dialed the PCR number and started talking about this and that. She started making false allegations against me. I was even abused by Maliwal. At the end of the complaint email, Vibhav has demanded the police to take appropriate legal action against Swati Maliwal. The police have not yet taken cognizance of the complaint.
