People involed in his illegal acts include Beban Nagar, Rajkumar Nagar, Vikas Nagar, Azad Nagar, Suneel Nagar, Mehki Nagar, etc. The FIR was registered at Sector-39 Kotwali against Ravi Nagar and three others on charges of gang rape and death threats. The victim, after enduring six months of fear and intimidation, has finally come forward with her harrowing story.Victims Terrifying AccountThe victim, who had come to Noida in search of employment, narrated her ordeal to the police. She explained that she met a person named Rajkumar, who introduced her to Barula and claimed that Ravi Nagar was influential and could help secure her a job. The incident occurred on July 19, 2023, when Rajkumar and another person, Mehmi, took her to Garden Galleria Mall. In the parking lot, three armed individuals, introduced as Ravi, Azad, and Vikas, committed the horrendous act. They not only violated her but also recorded a video, threatening to make it viral if she spoke up.Delayed Reporting and IntimidationThe victim hesitated to report the crime due to continuous threats and intimidation. The assailants warned her of dire consequences, including the murder of her and her family, if she revealed the incident. The girl finally filed a complaint when the torment became unbearable, accusing the perpetrators of blackmail and harassment.Ravi Kanas BackgroundRavi Kana, associated with the scrap business, is the younger brother of Harendra Nagar, the former head of Dadupur village. After Harendra Pradhans murder, security was provided to Ravi Kana and Harendra Nagars wife, Beban Nagar. Despite facing serious charges and a recent case of threatening a businessman and attempted murder, Ravi Kana continues to enjoy police protection.Notably, his sister-in-law, Beban Nagar, is affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and Ravi Kana and his family have close ties with Shivpal Yadav.Pending Police StatementEfforts to contact officials from Sector-39 police station, ACP, and DCP for an official statement were unsuccessful at the time of reporting.
