Alongside Nikita, three of her family members and a family court judge were also mentioned, accusing them of contributing to his decision to end his life.

Atul alleged that Nikita’s actions led to severe mental and emotional trauma. Among his accusations, he cited "explicit instigation for suicide," reportedly stemming from multiple legal cases filed by her, including charges of domestic violence and harassment.
