British-Indian chef Asma Khan recently organized an exclusive get-together when King Charles alongside Queen Camilla visited her establishment London's . The royals went to the restaurant during the pre-Ramadan period to participate in charitable food preparation activities. King Charles such liked the smell of Khan's biryani during his visit that he requested a delivery among his many pleasures at the restaurant.

Who is Asma Khan?

The reports about Asma Khan who arrived in the UK in 1996 to pursue a law degree at King's College before obtaining a PhD in 2013 as a native of Calcutta. Asma Khan decided to follow her food passion after becoming a mother of two even though she lacked any cooking education. Khan is an energetic person with a mischievous sense of humor describing her as someone you would have considered your favorite aunt. The magazine gives her food the highest praise because it stands apart from the similar dishes commonly found at Western Indian restaurants.

The restaurant operates under Khan while she maintains her recognition through writing achievements. British culinary experts acknowledged Khan during her debut on Chef's Table on Netflix before she joined BBC Saturday Kitchen followed by Celebrity MasterChef. The magazine included her among their choices of 100 influential individuals for the year 2024.
