NEW DELHI:  Authorities in Cooch Behar faced a critical situation when a grenade was discovered in the Malkhana (storage room) of Sadar Court. Fortunately, the prompt actions of the Army bomb disposal team ensured the situation was resolved without incident.

Their expertise was crucial in ensuring the device was safely neutralized on the sandbank of the River Torsha, far from populated areas to minimize risk.
