UP News: A shocking case of threats in the name of infamous gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has emerged from Basti district in Uttar Pradesh. A young YouTuber and dance teacher has alleged receiving multiple threatening phone calls from individuals claiming to be Bishnoi’s associates. The callers have reportedly threatened her with rape and murder, leaving her terrified and seeking police protection.

Disturbing Claims of Assault and Murder

The victim, a resident of the Kotwali area, reported that she has been receiving calls from five different numbers over the past few days. The caller, using abusive language, allegedly introduced himself as a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. During the calls, he made shocking claims, stating, "We have raped and murdered 25 girls, and you will be the 26th."

The victim has submitted call recordings and other evidence to the police, further detailing the horrifying threats. She also mentioned that the caller specifically targeted her, referencing her dance classes and YouTube channel.

Complaint Filed with Basti Police

The distressed YouTuber approached the Superintendent of Police (SP) in Basti, demanding immediate action. Following her complaint, Kotwali police have launched an investigation into the matter. The mobile numbers used for the threats have been placed under surveillance, and law enforcement authorities are analyzing the recordings for clues.

Commenting on the case, CO City Satyendra Bhushan Tiwari assured that appropriate action would be taken after thoroughly investigating the evidence. The incident has raised serious concerns about the safety of individuals targeted by such heinous threats.This case highlights the growing misuse of Lawrence Bishnoi’s name, as recent incidents involving his alleged associates have sparked fear and controversy across the country.
