New Delhi: Two disturbing videos have come to light in the ongoing investigation into the kidnapping and murder of Rameshwar Valmiki, a young man from Baloda village in Jhunjhunu's Surajgarh police station area. The videos, allegedly captured on May 14th, depict the brutal assault of Valmiki by members of the local liquor mafia.

The videos depict a horrific scene: a young man, identified as Rameshwar Valmiki, is held captive by two individuals. His legs are bound, leaving him defenseless as another assailant mercilessly beats him with a stick. The sheer brutality of the attack is evident, sparking outrage and demanding swift justice.

Kidnapped, tortured, and left for dead

According to reports, Valmiki was kidnapped by the liquor mafia before being subjected to the savage beating in a secluded location. The assailants then callously dumped his body near his residence.

Police make arrests, investigation underway

Following the registration of a case, the Surajgarh police have apprehended five individuals allegedly involved in the crime. These include history-sheeter Deependra alias Chintu Rajput, Praveen alias PK Meghwal, Praveen alias Baba Meghwal, Subhash alias Chintu Meghwal, and Satish alias Sukha Meghwal – all residents of Baloda village. Additionally, a minor has been detained in connection with the case.
