New Delhi: In a heartbreaking turn of events, a man and his three-year-old son met with a fatal accident after their motorcycle was struck by a speeding bus in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, on Wednesday. The incident, captured on CCTV footage and circulated on social media, depicts the harrowing moment when the bus collided with the motorcycle from behind. The tragedy occurred on February 14 as 32-year-old Ashok Kumar, accompanied by his wife and their three-year-old son, was en route to Periyanaickenpalayam.
Unfortunately, the collision claimed the lives of Ashok Kumar and his son, while Ashok's wife, Susheela, sustained severe injuries. Concerned locals promptly rushed Susheela to a nearby private hospital for medical treatment. However, the bus driver and conductor absconded from the scene following the accident, exacerbating the anguish of the grieving family and community.
