Karnataka BJP leader G Devaraje Gowda has levelled serious allegations against Congress leader DK Shivakumar, accusing him of attempting to bribe Gowda with RS 100 crore to falsely implicate JDS leader HD Kumaraswamy in a scandal involving explicit videos. Now, after releasing from judicial custody after being arrested in another sexual harassment case. 

Serious allegations on DK Shivkumar

Devaraje Gowda was arrested in the sexual harassment case and is currently in custody. He has also alleged that Shivakumar had offered him Rs 100 crore to defame BJP and PM Modi and tarnish the image of a senior Janata Dal (Secular) leader in the obscene video case involving Prajwal Revanna.

What he said? 

Speaking to reporters while being taken to Hassan district jail after the end of police custody, Devaraj Gowda claimed, 'DK Shivakumar has a hand in the pen drive case and four ministers N. Chaluvrayaswami, Krishna A team comprising Byre Gowda, Priyank Kharge and another minister was formed. This was done to defame BJP, Prime Minister Modi and a big leader of JDS. The leader was offered Rs 100 crore.

Prajwal Revanna case

Prajwal Revanna, the main accused in the Karnataka sex scandal case, was suspended by JDS. A woman has made serious allegations of sexual harassment against Prajwal Revanna and his father. According to reports, the woman claimed that Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna had raped her mother at his home in Bengaluru 4-5 years ago. He has given complete information about this incident to SIT. Apart from this, the woman claimed that she too was forced to take off her clothes through video calls in the years 2020 and 2021. The woman also claimed that Revanna's family supported her after she came to know about these incidents, following which she filed the complaint.
