Vivek Bindra domestic violence case: Noida, Uttar Pradesh: The predicament for motivational speaker Vivek Bindra is set to escalate as the Noida Police conducted an inquiry at Supernova Society, where Bindra resides, regarding the allegations of assaulting his wife. The police reached the society on Friday, collecting information from various sources, including security personnel, and scrutinising CCTV footage. The investigation is advancing swiftly, with plans for a reinquiry on New Year.

Police Inquiry Details

The police, armed with Yanika's medical report, reached Supernova Society in Noida Sector-94 at 1 pm on Friday. They took statements from security guards, examined CCTV footage, and gathered comprehensive information about the incident. Noida Police revealed their intention to interrogate Vivek Bindra again, citing incomplete aspects in the initial inquiry.

Allegations and Legal Action

Yanika's brother, Vaibhav, filed a case against Vivek Bindra on December 14, accusing him of assaulting his sister. The complaint states that the altercation occurred on December 7 when Bindra was involved in a dispute with his mother. Yanika intervened, leading to verbal abuse and physical assault. The couple got married on November 6 and resides in Supernova West Residency.

Viral Video Sparks Controversy

A video of Yanika, displaying injury marks while sitting on a hospital bed, has gone viral. The footage intensified the controversy, revealing the aftermath of the alleged assault. The situation deteriorated when a confrontation between Bindra and his mother turned violent, resulting in Yanika being allegedly locked in a room and physically abused. Yanika's brother claimed that the assault affected her hearing.
