Another incident on the IndiGo flight happened that has gained a lot of eyes. This time, a man claimed that her wife, onboard an IndiGo flight, was delayed for over three hours because the ‘pilot was tired.’ Sharing a series of screenshots of his wife’s WhatsApp chat, Sameer Mohan took the issue to Twitter. The chats talked about what was happening on the IndiGo flight. Since the tweet was shared, it is now been surfaced all over the internet, after which the airline responded to Sameer Mohan, saying that they were working to get the passengers to their destination ‘at the earliest.’
The incident occurred on a flight from Dehradun to Chennai on July 2 (Sunday).
In his first tweet, Sameer Mohan share his wife’s chat screenshots and wrote, “Dear @IndiGo6E my wife’s on a flight that has been delayed for 3+ hours now and is now been going to Delhi. If this is how you’re gonna treat regulars then god bless. This is not done. Tagging the hon minister of civil aviation for resolution.”

He shared screenshots of the conversation, he had with his wife and claimed that the pilots ‘are stressed’ and the airline could not find any replacement. He also shared that the flight first went to Lucknow and then to Delhi.
After Sameer’s post, another passenger, Ketharinath Kamalanathan onboard the flight shared a video from inside the plane. He said that after landing in the national capital, “pilots parked the flight and walked off. The crew has no information and they are very tired too. Too poor situation handling by IndiGo.”
#6E518 from Dehradun to Chennai on 2nd July already delayed by around 2:30 hours… took off from DED at 1922 hrs….landed in LKO at 2020 hrs… Now waiting for the Captain in LKO airport for the past 50 minutes. No bother about passengers. #GoIndigo @IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia pic.twitter.com/ir4Kmv4ABT

Taking notes from the issues being faced by its passengers, IndiGo responded and wrote in a tweet, “We regret the inconvenience caused by the delay. We understand the challenges when travel plans don’t go as expected. The delay was due to operational reasons. Thank you for your patience and understanding.”
Mr Mohan, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused due to the unforeseen flight delay. Your understanding and cooperation are truly appreciated. Rest assured, we're actively working to get the passengers to their destination at the earliest. ~Poulami

Also, the airline told Sameer Mohan that it is working to get the passengers to their destination at the earliest.
That’s not it, other users expressed concern and slammed the airline.
One of the users wrote, “Flight experience, boarding experience is the worst for Indigo. They treat their passengers like cattle making lines when the flight is not ready, waiting at the gate, etc.. I always prefer to pay extra if needed be for vistara if there is a flight… Much better streamlined.”
