A horrific video has surfaced on social media from Uttar Pradeshs Ghaziabad, where a police official can be seen thrashing an e-rickshaw driver in the middle of the traffic. The e-rickshaw driver is reported to be a 14-year-old teen who has been identified as Sohail.
