Uttarakhand: Men take 15-year-old inside truck, do THIS shameful thing with her

Tuesday night, the police filed a case under sections 137, 127, 142, 70, and 74 of the Indian Penal Code against the accused of gang rape. Every offender convicted of the crime of gang rape of a woman faces a minimum of 20 years in jail under Section 70 (1) of the Indian Penal Code. The penalty may be carried over to life in prison.

There has been evidence of gang rape of a 15-year-old juvenile inside a truck. As soon as word got out, someone saw the two accused fleeing from the truck and turned them over to the authorities. The police have opened an investigation in response to the victim's brother's complaint. The third accused is being sought after.

Champawat and the Horrific Case 

After a 30-kilometer chase, the villagers apprehended two of the accused, but one managed to get away. The accused were beaten up by the villagers before being brought to the police station. In the Champawat district, the entire affair has come to light. According to police officer Pratap Singh Negi, on Tuesday afternoon, three young people from the Amodi region lured a 15-year-old girl into being kidnapped. The three of them then gang-raped the girl in a truck. One of the accused then departed from that location. The other two accused removed the victim from the truck and proceeded in the direction of Champawat. The townspeople began pursuing the accused as soon as they learned about the minor's rape.

Accused under the radar 

The accused, Ravish and Sanjay Bhatt were apprehended approximately 30 km from the scene of the event, close to the district headquarters. They were beaten and taken to the police station. According to Pratap Singh Negi, a police official, the victim has had a medical examination. Yogesh Thwal, the third accused, is currently being sought after.
After being pursued for thirty kilometers, the accused were apprehended and brought to the police station where they were assaulted. After pursuing the accused for thirty kilometers, the villagers of Champawat apprehended them on charges of gang-raping a youngster.

The two offenders were then beaten by the townspeople as they were brought to the police station. where the cops received both of them. After perpetrating the offense, one of the defendants got away from Amodi. According to Police Inspector PS Negi, Tuesday was the day of the entire occurrence. The three individuals who are accused of committing the crime are primarily employed as drivers. The deceased was shot in the afternoon by truck driver Ravish Bhatt, who was acquainted with her. He summoned the victim to his place. 

Minor at the center 

The minor came to meet the accused because she trusted him. The victim was then forced to sit in a truck. Ravish then gave Yogesh Thwal and Sanjay Bhatt a call. The three accused, according to the police, enticed the girl and brought her to a shore where they sexually assaulted her in a group. Yogesh Thwal, one of the accused, was able to flee the scene in the meantime. After dropping the victim, the other two drove the truck towards Champawat as well. A group of locals set out to pursue the accused after learning about the occurrence.

The female inspector took her statement

According to the police officer, lady inspector Radhika Bhandari visited the victim's home late at night after filing a rape report. Subsequently, the victim's statement and the complete incident were captured on camera. A victim's relative has also been accused of delaying the filing of the case. He said that a deal had once been struck as a result of pressure from the ruling party. The police, however, have denied the accusations outright. They claim that as soon as the complaint was received, an FIR was filed. 

The district's first case filed under the new law
