Uttar Pradesh: Ward boy forcibly takes nurse to room, holds her hostage to do THIS heinous act

Crime News: In a shocking incident in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, a nurse working at a private hospital has accused a doctor of rape. The victim claims that the doctor tied her up and assaulted her, with the assistance of two ward boys. The incident has led to the arrest of the doctor, while the ward boys have been detained for questioning.

Victim’s father files complaint

The victim’s father lodged a complaint at the Thakurdwara police station, revealing that his 20-year-old daughter had been employed at the hospital on Thakurdwara-Kashipur Road for the past 10 months. According to the complaint, the incident occurred on Saturday evening, around 7 PM, when the nurse arrived at the hospital for her shift. The father alleged that another nurse, as part of a conspiracy, informed his daughter that Dr. Shahnawaz wanted to see her in his room.

Doctor held nurse hostage

The complaint further states that despite the victim's refusal to go to the doctor’s room, two ward boys, Junaid and Mehnaz, forcibly took her to Dr. Shahnawaz’s room, locking the door from the outside. Around midnight, the doctor allegedly tied her up and raped her, using caste-based slurs and threatening to kill her if she reported the crime.

Doctor, ward boys arrested

Following the complaint, the police registered a case and promptly arrested the accused doctor, who has since been sent to jail. The two ward boys are currently in police custody for interrogation. The police have also conducted a medical examination of the victim at a government hospital, and her statement is being recorded as part of the ongoing investigation.

Circle Officer Rajesh Kumar confirmed that a case has been registered at the Dilari police station based on the father’s complaint. He emphasized that the police are treating the case with utmost seriousness, and further legal action will follow after questioning the hospital employees.
