New Delhi: A shocking incident has come to light from Uttar Pradeshs Muzaffarnagar where a Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) soldier raped a married woman who lives in neighbourhood. The police registered a case on the complaint of the victims husband and started an investigation. A soldier of the Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) was taken into custody on Sunday regarding an allegation of sexual assault against a married woman at her residence, according to police reports.Details of the incident A PAC soldier was on leave and entered the house of a woman living in the neighbourhood and raped her. When the husband entered the house, caught the accused red-handed but the accused escaped from the scene. His mobile was left at his home. While his wife was found lying unconscious in the house. Following the incident, the husband filed a complaint alleging that PAC soldier Pintu son of Vikram living in the neighbourhood raped his wife. On receiving the complaint, Jalalabad Police Station in-charge Manendra Singh investigated the incident site with the forensic team. The police got the victim woman medically examined at Thana Bhawan CHC.Investigation is underway Pintu a PAC soldier posted in Meerut and had come home on leave only 2 days ago. Rajendra Vashisht, Police station in-charge said that based on the husbands complaint, a report has been filed against the accused and investigation has been started.Another incident in Muzaffarnagar Recently, a 15-year-old boy in Muzaffarnagar was taken into custody after allegedly fatally attacking a 46-year-old man, Hakeem Najakat, who had reportedly subjected him to repeated sexual assault and blackmail. The incident occurred on May 19, when Najakats family was away, and he allegedly coerced the minor into visiting his home, threatening to share an explicit video online.
