JD Vance visits Akshardham Temple and Taj Mahal in India, meets PM Modi

National News: US Vice President JD Vance's four-day visit to India has begun from 21 April, which will not only strengthen trade relations, but will also promote cultural relations. He is accompanied by his wife Usha Vance and children in this tour, who will give a new dimension to Indian culture, diaspora relations and people's conversations.

Major attractions of JD Vance tour

First day (April 21): Vance tour will start from Delhi, where he will visit Akshardham Temple, followed by a craft shop in Janpath and meet some prominent officials. In the evening he will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and attend the official dinner with him. After that, he will depart from jaipur at 8.30 and will take a stay at Rambagh palace

Second day (April 22): On his second day Vance and his family will explore major places like American fort and maybe Hawa and city palace. In the afternoon, Vance will attend a trade conference at Rajasthan International Center and will meet the Governor and Chief Minister of Rajasthan in the evening. Then he will spend the night at Rambagh Palace.

Third day (23 April): Vance and his family will leave for Agra in the morning, where Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will welcome him. The family will visit Taj Mahal and Shilpagram, and will enjoy welcome forums decorated with Indian classical music on the way. The taj mahal will be shut for general tourist till 1 pm. He will come back to Jaipur again

Fourth day (April 24): Vance's family will leave for US in the morning, and their journey will end.

US Vice President will take shelter in rambhag in Jaipur. This palace previously worked for the guests of the Maharajas and as a guesthouse of hunting. Even now it maintains its historical dat with its grand marble web, Balstrade and Mughal Baghich, and it provides great experience to the guests.
