Prime Minister Narendra Modi will speak in the Lok Sabha at the Special Parliament Session that will begin on Monday. According to the sources, the Prime Minister is scheduled to speak at 11 am in the Lower House.
A week-long Special Session of Parliament commenced today. The parliamentary proceedings will shift from the old to the adjacent new state-of-the-art building on Tuesday, Ganesh Chaturthi.
Ahead of the special Parliamentary Session, PM Modi while addressing media said, “Tomorrow is the holy festival of Ganesh Chaturthi. Ganesh ji is considered the remover of obstacles. Now there will be no obstacles in India’s development journey, now India will fulfill all its resolutions and dreams without any hindrance. Therefore, on the day of Ganesh Chaturthi, this new departure will fulfill all the dreams of the new India.”

The first day of the sitting will mark the 75 years of the Parliamentary journey right from the forming of the Constituent Assembly. Both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha will discuss the achievements, experiences, memories and learnings in the last 75 years.
Meanwhile, the INDIA bloc has decided to participate in the Special Parliamentary Session and will discuss the important issues.
