UP Crime: In a shocking turn of events, a woman from Uttar Pradesh, Muskaan Koshtha, along with her lover Hetram Mittal and three others, orchestrated a devious plan to implicate her parents in a fabricated murder case. Their scheme involved procuring an unidentified body from a morgue, cremating it, and then falsely linking it to the murder of Muskaan's fictitious fiancé.

Unraveling the conspiracy

The intricate web of deceit began to unravel when the police arrested Hetram near the District Hospital mortuary. Their investigation revealed a tangled tale of betrayal and manipulation, leading to the arrest of Muskaan, Hetram, and their accomplices: Mohd Furqan, Mohd Tasleem, and Mohd Farooque, all residents of Etawah.

The motive behind this elaborate ruse stemmed from Muskaan and Hetram's desire to defy parental opposition to their relationship. By fabricating a murder and framing Muskaan's parents, they sought to eliminate familial interference and pave the way for their forbidden love to flourish.

Gangsters act invoked

In response to the heinous plot, the Etawah Police wasted no time in invoking the Gangsters Act against the accused, recognizing the gravity of their actions and the need for stringent legal measures to address such criminality.

Muskaan and her cohorts acted by cremating the body before authorities could detect their crime. Their calculated actions aimed to erase all traces of evidence and solidify their false narrative of murder.

Twists and turns in case

The case took a bizarre turn when conflicting identifications surfaced. Initially claimed to be Atul Kumar by Deendayal and others, the body was later identified as Satyaveer by Dharamveer Rajput. The intricate web of lies began to unravel as authorities delved deeper into the deception.

Who are culprits?

Through meticulous scrutiny of CCTV footage and manual investigation, the authorities traced the origins of the deceit to Hetram, a resident of Ramlila Road in Etawah. His involvement in the scheme became evident, leading to his apprehension and the subsequent exposure of the entire conspiracy.
