As officers began recording a video of the altercation, a young man from one of the parties allegedly slapped a policeman. This incident is part of a concerning pattern of aggression toward law enforcement officers in Uttar Pradesh. Recently, police officers were reportedly assaulted by gamblers in both Bareilly and Raebareli, highlighting the rise in attacks on officers attempting to maintain order.

In these cases, officers trying to control illegal gambling activities were met with violence, raising concerns about public disrespect toward law enforcement.
