New Delhi: A shocking incident has surfaced in the Azimnagar police station area of Rampur, where a teenage girl was allegedly drugged and raped by her brother-in-law. The accused reportedly administered intoxicating pills to the victim before committing the heinous act.

The incident took place in a village within the Azimnagar area, where the accused, who operates a small clinic and grocery shop, lured the teenage girl to his clinic. The girl, after consuming the pills given to her, lost consciousness. Taking advantage of her condition, the accused, along with his brother-in-law, allegedly raped her.

Victim's rush 

The victim regained consciousness around 2 AM and managed to return home, where she informed her family about the ordeal. Upon learning of the incident, the family rushed to the accused's clinic, only to find that both suspects had fled. The family then promptly reported the matter to the police.

Following the complaint, the police registered a case against Suresh Saini, a resident of Bahadurganj village, and Jaivinder Saini from Imarta village. Police officials, including CO Tanda K N Anand, visited the crime scene late at night and met with the victim’s family. The victim’s statement was recorded, and she was sent to the district hospital for a medical examination.
