Uttar Pradesh: Thousands of young protestors spent the night outside the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) office in Prayagraj, determined to push for change under the open sky. The protest, which began with a call for reform in exam scheduling, has now intensified with the demand for a “one exam–one day” policy, which students argue will help prevent irregularities and ensure a fair process.District magistrates appeal goes unheededDuring the night, the District Magistrate (DM) visited the protest site, urging students to end the demonstration and return to their studies. He emphasized that their energy would be better spent in exam preparation rather than continuing the agitation.
