In an unexpected turn of events, all 10 Members of Parliament (MPs) from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) who secured victories in the recent State Assembly elections have tendered their resignations. This decision was made following a crucial meeting with BJP Chief JP Nadda and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The notable BJP MPs relinquishing their parliamentary roles feature Narendra Singh Tomar, Prahlad Singh Patel, Rakesh Singh, Uday Pratap, Riti Pathak (representing Madhya Pradesh); Arun Sao, Gomati Sai (representing Chhattisgarh); Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Diya Kumari and Kirodi Lal Meena (representing Rajasthan).

These BJP MPs, now triumphant in state politics, have chosen to vacate their parliamentary positions, signalling a dedication to their newfound responsibilities at the state level.

The decision has sparked political discourse, with speculation arising about the BJP's strategy for parliamentary representation and the ensuing by-elections necessitated by these resignations. The party's choice to have successful state-level leaders relinquish their national roles suggests a potential reconfiguration of political strategy and leadership distribution within the BJP.

The move also raises questions about the BJP's plans for filling these vacant parliamentary seats and the impact this reshuffling may have on the party's dynamics both at the state and national levels. As political observers closely monitor the developments, the BJP's strategic decisions are poised to shape the political landscape in the coming months.
